MARBLE CAKE
The perfect snack for a cosy evening in front of the TV. Pure enjoyment!
Which ingredients do you need?
- 170g Boerinneke chocolate spread
- 110g sugar
- 80g popping corn
- 180g honey
- 6 tbsp corn oil
- 50g light brown caster sugar
METHOD?
1. Heat the corn oil in a pan with a lid.
2. Add a layer of popping corn as soon as the oil has reached the right temperature.
3. Put the lid on the pan as soon as the corn starts to pop.
4. Put the honey, caster sugar and other sugar into a saucepan and bring to the boil while stirring.
5. As soon as the mixture begins to boil take the pan off the heat. Next, add Boerinneke chocolate spread. Stir until molten.
6. Mix with the popcorn in a big bowl.
7. Allow to cool on a sheet of baking parchment paper.
