BANANA BREAD WITH BOERINNEKE

1. Preheat the oven to 180°C and grease the baking tin.
2. Put the flour, baking powder, cinnamon and a pinch of salt in a big bowl and mix. Mix the sugar with the butter and add the eggs, one at a time. Fold into the flour mixture.
3. Squash the bananas and add to the mixture, together with Boerinneke chocolate spread. Transfer to the baking tin and distribute evenly. Sprinkle with brown caster sugar.
4. Bake the banana bread with Boerinneke chocolate spread for 45 min — 1 hour in the oven.
